I'm a Cheshire based personal trainer, qualified in Dubai; specialised in pre- and post-natal fitness to help women safely and confidently find their strength in preparing their bodies for pregnancy, childbirth and post natal recovery.

Taking the decision to educate myself in an industry which has been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember, led me to creating a business that I am passionate about and motivated by every day.

Exercise
I teach intentional, intuitive movement and how to link your mind and body during training to provide an effective and enjoyable workout routine. We practice low impact, progressive resistance training that puts the body under manageable stress to maintain mental wellness.

Nutrition
I offer support in managing food in versus energy out, educate you on the food groups and give guidance on the kind of diet that will complement your training without restrictive eating.
Accountability Coaching
As your trainer, I offer support and coaching so that you remain accountable, energised and motivated to reach your goals. I'm with you every step of the way.
