I understand the challenges that many of us face when starting out or progressing your fitness journey; a lack of motivation, not seeing desired results, focussing too heavily on one area of the body, overdoing cardio, depriving ourselves and overtraining all of which can be overcome. I help clients find their power, self-love and an enriched belief in their own capabilities through fitness.

Combining exercise and nutritional guidance, I educate my clients on how to follow a personalised programme that suits their individual needs, nourishing themselves effectively and refuelling their bodies correctly so that it becomes second nature.

 

My mission is to promote the long term benefit of combining intuitive movement and intuitive eating, removing restrictive ideas and those surrounding punishment for the things you consume and for the days that you rest.
